Privacy Policy
Meltix · RAKU App · Last updated: 11 October 2026
Summary
Meltix has no accounts and no sign-in. Your scenes and the photos you turn into particles stay on your device. The app shows ads from Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier only if you allow tracking.
Photos and camera
When you pick or take a photo, it is converted into particles entirely on your device. Photos are never uploaded or sent anywhere. Videos and images you create are saved or shared only when you choose to.
Saved scenes and settings
Scenes, settings and your Pro status are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free demo shows ads served by Google AdMob (an optional rewarded video adds play time). Before any ad is requested, iOS asks whether Meltix may track you (App Tracking Transparency). If you allow it, Google may use the advertising identifier (IDFA) to show more relevant ads. If you don't, ads are not personalised. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form is shown before any ad, and you can change your choice later in Menu > Privacy choices. Google's handling of data is described in Google's Privacy Policy. Buying Meltix Lite or Meltix Pro removes all ads.
Purchases
Meltix Lite, Meltix Pro and the Lite-to-Pro upgrade are one-time purchases processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. To check which version you own and restore it, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives your purchase receipts together with a random, anonymous app user ID (no name, email or advertising identifier). See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Usage statistics
Meltix may send anonymous usage events (for example "a scene was loaded") through TelemetryDeck to help improve the app. These contain no personal data, no advertising identifier and no location, and cannot be linked to you.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center, achievements you earn are reported to Apple's Game Center. This is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
Shared scene links
When you share a scene link, the scene is encoded inside the link itself. It is not uploaded to any server by us.
Children
Meltix does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Game Center
Game Center'a giriş yaptıysan kazandığın başarımlar Apple'ın Game Center hizmetine bildirilir. Bu, Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
Paylaşılan sahne linkleri
Bir sahne linki paylaştığında sahne linkin içine kodlanır; tarafımızdan hiçbir sunucuya yüklenmez.
Çocuklar
Meltix bilerek çocuklardan kişisel bilgi toplamaz.
